I have never been so impressed by a company. We needed to move a baby grand piano on very short notice, and when another company told us 4 weeks before they could even pick it up, Brad from A Pianos Friend answered my call and had it picked up two days later. They gave a one hour pickup window, and showed up within that window. My whole family was impressed by their professionalism and politeness.

Delivery was also given a 1 hour window, and they showed up 5 minutes early. Have you ever heard of a company delivering 650 miles away and showing up not only on time, but 5 minutes before a one hour delivery window? These folks are awesome. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. If you need a piano moved, give them a call.

Awesome experience! Talked with the owner via phone and then set up the whole thing in easy e-mails. We were given a free piano, but had to move it. A Piano's Friend handled everything. They moved it easily and efficiently. Very friendly, family-owned business. PLUS, you get a 50% discount on a tuning if you use them to move! Oh, I also priced checked "regular" movers and others and found A Piano's Friend to be the best price of the bunch!!!
